The tea is made from high quality green tea clones that are specifically cultivated to have a lower tannin content compared to the usual Darjeeling tea clones. As a result, it is free from the bitterness commonly found in many other Darjeeling teas.
This Darjeeling Green Tea is processed to a broken leaf standard, resulting in a bright, greenish-yellow liquor when brewed.
